The Alpha Espagnolette Handle

The Alpha espagnolette handle was the first window product to be added to the greenteQ range, answering calls from the market for an attractive, feature-packed and robust window handle at a competitive price. The handle underwent a facelift a few years ago to ensure its contemporary appearance, but the 'feel' of Alpha is still very much there. Alpha by name and Alpha by nature, a natural leader of the pack.

Available in your choice of Inline or Offset styles, Alpha is supplied with 8 spindle length variants to ensure perfect fitting to the most popular window profiles without the need to cut the spindles.

Alpha is available in 10 attractive finishes of the greenteQ Suite, allowing installers to tie in a full house installation across windows, entrance doors and patio doors. ALL finishes are covered by the greenteQ Suite 15-year guarantee.

Monkey Tail Espagnolette Handle

greenteQ Monkey Tail handles combine the heritage look of a traditional antique black forge finish with the functionality of a modern-day window handle.

Because Monkey Tail handles are a relatively niche product and are not sold in large quantities, many examples other than greenteQ are modified casement fasteners that have been machined down to fit slim outward opening window profiles. We have invested in tooling, so our handle is cast to the correct size, meaning no unsightly machining marks.

The 'lift to turn' feature means that there is no handle droop, and the handle can be deadlocked by the key-operated cylinder when required.

We also offer a matching dummy Monkey Tail peg stay to complete the heritage look on a window.

Alpha Cockspur Handles

There is still a market for cockspur handles on casement windows that do not require the burglar resistance of a security lock. The Alpha Cockspur handle works with a selection of different wedge strikers to provide compression on a window.

Two choices of nose height mean that it is suitable for use on uPVC and aluminium windows and is available in five colours of the greenteQ Suite. Please note that the Alpha Cockspur is NOT approved for use on Q-secure installations.
