Clearspan Bi-Fold Door Hardware

One of the most popular styles is the bi-fold, or fold-slide (FS) door. This style allows large spans to be glazed, allowing light in, with the door leaves folding back to one or both sides to allow a full opening. In the UK, the effect of bi-fold doors is elevated further by the use of slim aluminium profile systems.

The greenteQ Clearspan hardware range is available to work with the most popular aluminium profile systems currently in use in the UK. The hardware itself is very slim, providing 'less hardware - more door', but is still capable of carrying individual leaves weighing up to 120KG and, in most cases, also offers adjustment to make life on site easier for the busy installer.

Clearspan bi-fold door hardware has been tested to the PAS24 security standard as is approved for use on Q-secure PREMIUM PLUS installations. In addition, the security versions of Clearspan are covered by Kitemark KM727991 in Respect of Building Hardware used in Windows and Doorsets.

The greenteQ range also includes a wide range of supporting products including locks for the main and intermediate doors, Alpha Slim door handle sets that solve the problem of handle clash that is so common on slim aluminium systems, 90° door restrictors, Clearline magnetic catches and a wide choice of intermediate door handles (Aspire, CentreFold and SlimFold).

Clearslide Inline Sliding Patio Door Hardware

Inline sliding patio doors, AKA simple sliders or inline sliders, have been a popular choice for homeowners and house builders since the 1980s. Early doors were predominantly made from aluminium, but uPVC now accounts for a large share of this market, with most of the major uPVC systems houses developing solutions in recent years. Happily, greenteQ has a solution for many patio door profiles!

Our Clearslide lock is made of sturdy and long-lasting stainless steel, and features four pairs of sliding hook bolts to provide eight secure locking points on the lock jamb. Clearslide sliding door hardware has been tested to PAS24, is approved for use on Q-secure PREMIUM PLUS installations, and is covered by Kitemark KM727991 in Respect of Building Hardware used in Windows and Doorsets.

We offer two handle options for inline sliding patio doors, both of which are available in standard pairs that allow for operation and locking from both sides, a variant with no cylinder hole on both sides, a pull-only option with no operating levers or cylinder holes, and a single blank outer plate for installations where no interaction with the door from outside is required (opening onto a Juliet balcony for example).

Alpha Inline Slider Patio P-Handle

The Alpha Inline Slider Patio P-Handle is part of the greenteQ Suite of matching patio doors, residential doors, and window furniture that allows a full house installation to be matched. The Alpha handle is available in 10 finishes of the Suite. greenteQ Suite products are supplied with an impressive 15-year performance and surface guarantee on ALL finishes.

Coastline Inline Slider Patio P-Handle

Our Coastline Inline Slider Patio P-Handle is part of the architeQ range of matching stainless steel patio doors and residential door furniture. Coastline products are available in up to 7 attractive finishes, many of which match with those in the greenteQ Suite, so full house installations are also a key benefit of this product range.

Due to the corrosion resistant nature of stainless steel, architeQ Coastline products are guaranteed in all finishes for 25 years!

ClearLIFT Lift/Slide Door Hardware

Our ClearLIFT hardware can carry heavy doors weighing up to 300KG as standard, with an upgrade available to cope with 400KG sliders. Door leaves up to 2.7m high or 3.3m wide can be accommodated with ease by ClearLIFT.

Lift/slide doors are preferred by customers who do not require the full opening that bi-fold doors provide and whose priority is large, uninterrupted glazed areas to maximise the view.

As with all greenteQ products, ClearLIFT is independently tested to ensure that it is fit for purpose. 25,000 open/close cycles and corrosion, testing to BS EN 1670 Grade 4 and a 10 year performance guarantee mean that ClearLIFT is built to last.

Just any old handle cannot operate doors of this potential size and weight! The greenteQ Aspire lift/slide handle is designed to be robust enough to give the leverage required to lift and slide such large/heavy panels while feeling comfortable in hand and looking great on the door.

Aspire handles are available in nine colours of the greenteQ Suite and architeQ furniture ranges, in locking and non-locking options. There is even a Hi-Handle variant to save the knuckles of any users who prefer to leave their key in the door when turning the handle.

Galileo Tilt/Slide Door Hardware

Galileo is a hardwearing, smooth running hardware set for uPVC and wooden tilt/slide doors, providing roller cam locking around the whole sash perimeter.

Longevity is assured by Galileo's anti-corrosion coating, which has been tested to 2000 hours in a neutral salt spray test. Now that's corrosion resistance!
