Bi-Fold Restrictors

The glazed sash of a bi-fold door is a heavy piece of kit. Left to swing open and closed on its own it could cause a lot of damage to people or property, and itself, of course.

Controlled operation is vital, and the greenteQ bi-fold door restrictor serves three purposes. Firstly, it limits the opening angle of a door to stop it from clashing against any obstruction. Secondly, the hold-open function will stop the door from self closing in normal wind conditions. Thirdly, the restrictor's adjustable friction pad helps control the open and close rate.
